We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and nurturing team.About the Role : As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide a stimulating and safe learning environment. Your responsibilities will include : Supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities.Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation.Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction.Helping to monitor and assess children's progress.Providing emotional and pastoral support to ensure children feel safe and valued.About You : We are looking for someone who is :
