Your Key Responsibilities :

• Lead by Example : Supervise and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Quality Control : Maintain strict quality checks on food preparation and presentation, guaranteeing that every dish is perfect.
• Operational Efficiency : Oversee the flow of kitchen operations, from food prep to plating, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
• Team Development : Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering their growth and helping them excel in their roles.
• Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and reduce waste to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
