The role
You will lead all aspects of Client Insight & Analytics activities for select clients and actively contribute to data processing exercises.
- Support the delivery of the intelligence & analytics team goals.
- Lead all aspects of Client Insight & Analytics for selected clients, including :
Scoping client data
Running risk control quality enhancement toolsAnalyzing and presenting client resultsPerforming ad hoc client analysesLead client meetings (in collaboration with Relationship Management), present results, and respond to bespoke requests.Work closely with Relationship Management to develop and enhance client relationships throughout all stages.Support sales activities as needed.Contribute to the automation objectives of Acin.Provide subject matter expertise in data processing exercises, especially matching and index building.Ensure consistent application of Acin’s Data Technical Standards to core risk and control content.Contribute to the development of Acin’s business rules for data assets.Collaborate with other I&A team members for cross-team understanding.Work with Product and Engineering teams to improve data processing speed and quality.Requirements
Extensive experience in risk and control roles (e.g., Business Risk & Control Officer, Supervisor).Deep knowledge of the risk and control environment within Retail Banking.Proven ability to engage with and present effectively to clients at various levels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.Strong knowledge of risks and controls.Ability to articulate and promote Acin’s risk and control products clearly.Knowledge of key client risks such as market manipulation, unauthorized trading, resilience.Understanding of NFRM core processes like RCSA, incident management, lessons learned.Experience with internal and external audits, regulators, and regulatory scrutiny areas (e.g., SMCR).This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech with a dynamic culture.
