Machine Operator P1462Location :  Bedford Contract :  Permanent – Immediate start Salary :  £25,552 per annum with shift allowance of £3,288.96 (£28,840.96 in total) Hours :  4 on 4 off rotational days and nights, 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6amOur client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Bedford, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team as a Machine Operator on a permanent basis.As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in their industry leading production facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities : Maintain and adhere to Health and Safety standards.Set up and diagnose machinery to ensure maximum efficiency.Identify and troubleshoot process faults.Maintain product quality to specifications.Perform routine maintenance and pre-start HACCP checks.Keep work areas clean and organised and meet daily production targets.Take on additional duties as needed.Qualifications : Reliable and target-driven.Excellent attention to detail.Experience in a process environment is a plus.Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.Physically fit, able to work across multiple floors and at heights.Please note that a...
