Job description
Role Responsibility
To provide seamless guest management on behalf of the clients, including the active welcome of all employees and guests into the building, hosting and escorting of guests when required
To take ownership of the reception areas, checking standards of cleanliness and reporting all faults or issues promptly
When on client floors; to meet all guests at lift lobby / reception areas and escorting to their meeting rooms
Perform room checks, ensuring that high levels of cleanliness are achieved and that all rooms have the correct branded items
To work closely with all other service providers, contractors and the corporate services team.
Perform administration duties when required
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in customer service is essential. Corporate or five star hotel experience is preferred.
An up-beat individual with integrity and a can-do attitude.

Previous Front of house experience within a luxury hotel environment, premium airlines or a corporate business environment is preferred.
