Machine Operative

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Perform quality checks on products to meet company standards.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.Requirements
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• A solid and consistent work history with good references.
• Ability to work early, late, or night shifts as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
