Class 1 Relief Day Drive

The position involves :

• This is a permanent full-time position to cover duties at the operating sites in the Midlands, Birmingham, Telford and Burntwood.
• The work to be covered include Tankers, Non-ADR, Reefers, Chilled & Frozen. Trunking and customer deliveries using LST and Double deck trailers. Full training will be given on this equipment.
• Occasionally performing shunting tasks as needed.
• Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone.
• Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers’ expectations.
• Attending regular training sessions.
• Night outs would be required when required.
• This is a full-time role which will require flexibility in working times and shift patterns.
