They really know their market and their community because they are very much part of it!This Portfolio Manager position is a brand new role within the business due to the recent acquisition of a mixed portfolio of rental properties.

What you will be responsible for

As the Portfolio Manager your role is vital in the overall agency operation. You will be responsible for maintaining and of course improving the new portfolio, whilst implementing your own business development strategies to gain new instructions and grow the portfolio.In brief you will be;The main point of contact for landlords and tenantsResponsible for the overall Property Management servicesResponsible for the day to day maintenance requestsConducting viewings and inspectionsHelp out within the lettings team with all aspects of the lettings operation when needed

What you will haveRecent experience in residential lettingsGood knowledge of current legislationA keen interest in all things propertyFull UK driving licence and access to a carARLA qualification is very desirable
