Reporting into the Convenience services team leader, you will be part of a team supporting the operations within our Asda express stores.
You will be part of a team who are the go between for our convenience stores on 3rd party technology, and Asda systems and departments.
Tasks and responsibilities will include :
Taking queries from stores on our support portal, helping triage issues and requests before liaising with relevant departments to completion.Supporting the upload of line listing information in our 3rd party systems that flow to storesSupporting the accuracy of stock levels within Asda systems by manually wasting any failed lines from our automation process.Monitoring the delivery invoice creation, supporting when delivery notes have not got to store, and when deliveries have not been booked into Asda systems.Monitor and communicate out compliance measuresPulling data for sales, supplier funding and adhoc information for the wider convenience team.We are passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, representative of the communities we serve, and are creating ways to inspire diverse talent to join Asda.
