The Role : As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on support to children and their families while designing personalised care plans. You will work closely with a team of carers, offering training and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care. What We’re Looking For : Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with at least 18 months UK experience and an active NMC PINStrong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop a teamUp-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years)Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families and healthcare teamsBand 5 / Band 6 Nurses with proven leadership experience are welcome to applyFull UK Driving Licence (essential) Key Responsibilities for...
