Team Manager - Urgent Care
Location : Meadway Health Center, Meadway, Sale, M33 4PS (Hybrid working in place)
Salary range : Band 10, £46,731 to £48,710 pa
Working Pattern : Full Time, 36.25 hours per week (08 : 30-16 : 30)

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior Social Worker to join the Urgent care, Adults Social Care team in the role of manager. The role requires 3 years’ experience of supervising and / or management of staff within a social care setting and is key to the development of a high performing social care team that works effectively with customers and other agencies. We are looking for candidates with a sound knowledge of legislation relevant to the post and extensive awareness of the issues facing Adults with care and support needs, their carers and families.
The position provides the opportunity to work with Adults and families and the postholder will hold responsibilities such as allocating the work of the team, chairing strategy meetings, supervision of staff and deputising for the Service Manager. The post has an important function in the development of the quality and performance of the team, focusing on outstanding practice, and ensuring best outcomes for customers.
