We're looking for a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children's home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) . About you :

Proven experience in residential childcare (Deputy or Registered Manager level)

Strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards

Excellent leadership and team development skills

Commitment to therapeutic, child-centred care
