Job description

Job summary

Transfer of Care Hub Data Quality Administrator, Band3, hours per week

To work as team data quality administrator-

to produce daily / weekly reports on excel and cleanse and maintain accurate discharge data.

Provide administrative services and support to the transfer of care team at WCH and CIC in the absence of their admin by remotely working.

Main duties of the job

To support the Transfer of care teams on both sites to ensure accurate reporting of all discharge data

To submit accurate reports and weekly / daily data.

To cleanse data daily

To ensure all other administrative duties are completed to support the transfer of care hub team

To update TOCH systems and other NHS systems

To cover CIC site when admin is off

To communicate effectively -with MDT and other professionals

To demonstrate ability to work under pressure and adapt to change

To demonstrate good organisational skills and ability to be able to prioritise workload
