About the Role

We’re working with a leading IT Services & Solutions Provider looking to expand their ServiceNow capabilities. As the ServiceNow Solutions Consultant , you’ll be the go-to expert , working across pre-sales, solution design , and delivery oversight . You’ll have the chance to work on a variety of projects , influencing service offerings and best practices across the organisation.

This is a key strategic role , perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and client-facing consultancy .

What You’ll Be Doing

Solution Design & Delivery – Design tailored ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD and more.

Pre-Sales Support – Partner with sales teams to scope projects , engage with client stakeholders (including C-suite), and shape initial proposals.

Customer Advisory – Be a trusted advisor, helping clients understand ServiceNow’s capabilities and how they can transform their operations.

Knowledge Leadership – Stay up to date with new platform features , maintain your certifications, and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM plus at least one other suite (e.g., ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD, SAMP ).

ServiceNow Certifications

Excellent communication skills – able to engage technical teams and senior stakeholders .

Self-motivated and organised , with experience managing multiple projects at once.

Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous learning .

Location & Flexibility

Remote role – UK-based

Occasional travel for team or client meetings
