This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer to work in a modern, fast-paced environment where engineering plays a key role in business success.You’ll be responsible for both reactive and preventative maintenance across a variety of food processing equipment including filling machines, spiral freezers, pumps, steam kettles, metal detectors, and depositors. This role is a true 50 / 50 split between mechanical and electrical work.Key responsibilities : Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on factory equipmentFault-finding on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsSupporting production teams to minimise downtime and maximise machine availabilityLogging maintenance activity through the site’s CMMS (Shires)Coaching and supporting operators and junior engineersProactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvementCollaborating closely with the Maintenance and Engineering ManagersThe ideal candidate will have : NVQ Level 3 / HND or equivalent in EngineeringMinimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing environmentExperience with CI projects and proactive engineering approachesGood working knowledge of CMMS systemsStrong communication skills and the ability to work well within a teamIT literacy and confidence liaising across departmentsGet in touch with Josh Sharkey from Stirling Warrington regarding this vacancy or any others across the Lincolnshire area
