This is a terrific opportunity for a Technical Estimator to join an Award-Winning Specialist in Glazing & Façade Systems to prestigious Homeowners, Architects, Specifiers, Developers, Premium Contractors and High-end House Builders.ESTIMATOR / TECHNICAL ESTIMATOR – GLAZING & FACADESLOCATION : Office based. You may be searching for Estimator jobs in Staplehurst, Tonbridge, Paddock Wood, West Malling, Sevenoaks, Kent.SALARY : up to £40K basic, plus benefits, use of company car, mileage, free parking, training and development, 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension.HOURS : Permanent, full time. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pmYou will be a strong part of the Estimation process, your primary objective will be to ensure a smooth customer experience for the client; interpreting design information, providing technical assistance and processing the technical data.Your duties as Technical Estimator will include :

• Analyse project specifications and interpret architectural drawings.
• Produce project documentation for client’s approval.
• Process the client’s payment via phone / email.
• Send warranty to client post installation.
• General admin tasks relating to project.
• Support the commercial team and clients with technical queries.
• Liaise with Architects and provide advice on Glazing and Façade Systems.An Estimator, with at least 2 years’ experience in the Building / Construction industry, ideally a background in Architectural Facades, Cladding or Glazing market sector.
