Job Location – Glasgow Airport

Salary – £13,150k basic with a £22k plus OTE

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling car rental to excited holidaymakers and upgrading car rentals that are already booked online.

For example, you will upgrade the car to a luxury car, offer better insurance than already booked, provide child and baby seats, and upsell satellite navigation so the clients don’t get lost on their holiday.

Responsibilities :

• Offer and convince the client regarding the opportunity of integrating additional products to the rental contract.
• Achieve targets.
• Manage the documents related to the booking of vehicles, directly or through brokers, to finalize the contract and the attribution of the vehicle following the established procedures.
• Provide clients with the correct information to finalize the vehicle rental contract.
• Record on the company’s computer system any client data gathered as well as any relevant information obtained on finalizing the rental contract.
• Be available and close representative by maintaining correct behavior.
• Carry out the various operational reports requested.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles, the billing of debtors, GFA of breakdowns and accidents, and other issues.
• Occasionally control the vehicles by activating the adequate procedure in case of damage detection and managing the objects left behind.
