Location : Rugby

Start Date : September

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : MPS / UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Teacher to join a vibrant and forward-thinking school in Rugby . This full-time role offers the chance to teach Business at KS4 and KS5 , with the added potential for a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate. What You Will Be Doing :

  • Teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5 , focusing on delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.
  • Potential for TLR : Support the department’s development, lead initiatives, and contribute to shaping the curriculum.
  • Assessment and Feedback : Regularly assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaboration : Work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about Business education.
  • Curriculum Development : Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Business curriculum and department.

    • We’re Looking for Someone Who :

  • Holds a Degree in Business , Economics , or a related subject.
  • Has QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Is passionate about Business education and dedicated to helping students succeed.
  • Has experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5 , or is keen to develop this expertise.
  • Can offer strong leadership and work well within a team.
