JOB TITLE : Commercial Litigation Solicitor

PQE : 5+

LOCATION : Newcastle

THE ROLE :

This leading, national practice is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to strengthen its Litigation practice in Newcastle. As part of a wider national team, you will take responsibility for advising clients in all aspects of dispute resolution including contractual disputes, corporate disputes, professional negligence and breach of warranty claims; strengthening relationships with existing contacts as well as bringing in new business opportunities to the firm.

THE CANDIDATE :

The successful Litigation Solicitor will be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience and knowledge in all areas of commercial disputes gained with firms known for their expertise in the sector. Experience of supervising more junior colleagues and an ease with team management as well as demonstrable experience of marketing, networking and keeping industry knowledge relevant.
