Who we areBiscuiteers is an award-winning luxury gifting brand, sometimes described as the NET-A-PORTER of biscuits. We launched in 2007 with the mission to offer a more unique, stylish and personalised gifting solution under the banner why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers? Every single biscuit is lovingly made from start to finish and each one is totally individual.Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. In 2024, we hand-iced over 3.0 million biscuits and delivered them to customers all over the world. In 2025, we are now proud to have achieved a B Corp accreditation.As well as our eCommerce business, working with a huge range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion. We have two biscuit boutiques, where we offer School of Icing events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffeeor even a glass of Prosecco.Who were looking forAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Boutique Manager reporting to our Head of Boutiques ,

in our Icing Café and Boutiques, in Notting Hill, but may also involve work in our other boutique in Belgravia. As a key part of our dedicated team, you will oversee the successful running of the store, making sure we meet targets and offer a great shopping experience to all our visitors. This will involve : Overseeing our café service and events including serving afternoon teas, hen parties, children's parties and birthday parties.Leading by example as a role model for customer service excellence.Driving product sales to meet and exceed targets.Managing the team, including rotas and staffing, development and training, performance and absence management.Managing customer orders and feedback.Controlling stock and processing deliveries.Ensuring the store is always presented beautifully.Taking responsibility for security procedures, Health and Safety, Food hygiene and Food safety.Working closely with HQ colleagues when needed, e.g. for marketing and events.

You will needExperience in a retail managerial or supervisory role for a premium luxury brand for a minimum of 2 years, with Hospitality experience being an advantage.A natural flair for customer engagement, and a passion for customer service.Confidence in driving sales to meet targets.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work weekends and flexible hours around events and shop opening hours.A positive, proactive and hands-on approach.Enthusiasm for the role and for Biscuiteers.
