Job descriptionPrevious experience as a Gas Engineer. Gas Safe Registered. Social Housing Experience. Own Tools. Own Transport. CSCS / JIB card. Must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before. The rate of pay is £25 per hour. 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Street parking.
We require a Gas Engineer to start immediately on a large social housing scheme in East Leake, LE12 area on behalf of the council.
This position is for 3 weeks but could be extended.
The Client
Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations, and insurance companies.
The Role
Main duties as a Gas Engineer can vary on a day-to-day basis, which consist of :
- Extending external taps and gas flues on tenanted and void properties.
The working hours are 40 hours per week.
