• Wellness programMy client, a multi site Commercial Vehicle maintenance company, are looking for a dynamic and driven Body Shop Manager to join their team in Manchester.As the Commercial Bodyshop Manager, you’ll take the reins of a fast-paced, innovative shop, ensuring top-tier repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction.You’ll lead a skilled team, optimise workflows, and build strong relationships with our customers and vendors.Responsibilities for the Commercial Bodyshop Manager :
• Managing & pre planning the day to day activity of the Depot
• Estimating Repairs
• Monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs
• Managing the Health & Safety of the depot and colleagues
• Negotiating deals with suppliers
• Profitability of the depotRequired for the Commercial Bodyshop Manager :
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a bodyshop team
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with commercial vehicles
• Previous experience in a bodyshop or repair setting is preferred
• Estimating / VDA / Audatex experience is not essential, but desired
