Workplace Experience Manager£50,000 per annumBased in London, Tottenham Court RoadWe are seeking a passionate Workplace Experience Manager to join our dynamic On Verve team, managing and delivering outstanding service experiences. You will oversee the client’s central London office, collaborating with business service partners and steering a team of 9 to achieve operational excellence.Leading the Workplace Services team, you will be overseeing key functions including Mailroom operations, Lost & Found, Porterage, Event Setups, and more. With a strong leadership approach, you will uphold high standards, foster client relationships, and ensure overall satisfaction across the client account.As a Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll be :

  • Ensuring the smooth management of all workplace and guest relations services within the client building, exceeding expectations in all areas of the customer facing operations.
  • Providing strong, measured leadership for your team to ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
  • Delivering events from the initial booking, lead up, and on the day. Including spaces to be setup in line with the booking requirements and ensuring the WP team carry out all requirements.
  • Conducting regular floor walks around the building and meeting room spaces to ensure they are maintained to the established standards.
  • Managing all site issues, including incidents, accidents and ensuring Churchill Group and client Health & Safety policies are adhered to.As a Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll have :
  • Previous experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, facilities, or customer service.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a high-end customer-facing role leading a team and building positive work environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • High level of inspiration to increase memorable guest & employee service.
