n Overview :

nOur client is seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated private client solicitor to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years PQE and the ability to deliver a comprehensive range of private client services.

n Responsibilities :

n- Will Drafting : Provide expert advice and drafting services for clients, ensuring their wishes are accurately and effectively documented.

n- Probate and Estate Administration : Manage the administration of estates, including obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration, and ensuring smooth estate settlement.

n- Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts : Advise clients on inheritance tax matters, helping to develop effective strategies to minimise liabilities and manage trusts.

n- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Work : Assist clients in setting up lasting powers of attorney and handle matters related to the Court of Protection.
