Teaching Assistant - Blackburn : Prospero Teaching are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support KS1 and KS2 pupils at a lovely school near to Blackburn. This role would be perfect for a recent Psychology Graduate.You will be working closely with the class teacher to monitor progress and promote a positive learning environment.Position Details : Location : BlackburnPosition : Teaching AssistantHours : 8 : 15am-3 : 30pmType of Work : TemporaryMinimum Rate of Pay : £90 per day, depending on experienceFull time / Part time : Full time onlyStart date : Jan 2025End date : OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications : Relevant experience in a school or similar setting.Experience of effectively and positively managing behaviour.Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable but training can be provided).TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST : Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new applicationProvide two professional child related references that cover the last two yearsOTHERIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
