About the Role :

On a day-to-day basis you will :

  • Provide support to the Senior Process Worker on a daily basis to perform tasks required to meet the production targets in the most efficient and timely manner.
  • Set and maintain a high standard of work, communication and consideration for fellow workers across shifts.
  • Provide coaching and advice to other Process Workers leading to continually improving efficiency, standards of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), safety and quality.
  • Contribute to the efficient and effective production / Manufacture of Finished Licensed and Special products in accordance with written procedures (Work Orders / Departmental Instructions / SOPs) and cGMP through the application of job specific and personal skills in a safe and timely manner to achieve the planned production targets.
  • Ensure that the recording of tasks and events on work orders and associated in-process documentation is carried out in real time and accurately.

  • Experience working in manufacturing related industries, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals with GMP standards
  • GCSE or equivalent in Math’s and English
  • Previous experience of working with a quality management system
  • Intermdiate IT skills
