Are you a passionate and experienced LEAN Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity? Look no further! Our client is a UK based company dedicated to driving operational excellence, is seeking a talented LEAN Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As a LEAN Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, helping them optimize their processes and achieve sustainable results. Your expertise in LEAN methodologies and your engaging approach will be instrumental in driving positive change and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

You will be responsible for :

  • Conducting process assessments and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Developing and implementing LEAN strategies and initiatives
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate and empower teams
  • Providing guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful execution of LEAN projects
  • Monitoring and measuring the impact of LEAN initiatives on operational performance

We are looking for a results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and inspire them to embrace LEAN principles and practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a LEAN Consultant, with a track record of successfully delivering LEAN projects and initiatives across multi site businesses
  • At least 10 years experience working in Manufacturing, ideally in Automotive or Aerospace
  • Strong knowledge of LEAN methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving positive change
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN Black Belt) are highly desirable

    50K to £60K (depending on experience) plus car and bonus
