Please note : experience of working in an Ofsted-regulated home is essential for this role.This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior residential practitioner or current Deputy looking to develop their leadership skills and contribute to a high-quality, child-focused service.Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of managing the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and the Children’s Homes Regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting best practice and a consistent, nurturing environment.
• Assist with care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance processes.
• Take on management duties in the absence of the Registered Manager.
