Highfield Littleport Academy offers unique learning experiences for students with significant and complex needs, including physical, sensory, communication, and medical support requirements.Situated in beautiful, spacious grounds on the edge of Littleport, our academy boasts excellent facilities, including a hydrotherapy pool and a well-equipped sports hall. As part of the Cambridgeshire Active Learning Trust hub, we work closely with local mainstream schools to promote inclusive education, sharing expertise, resources, and best practices.About the role : As Department Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Highfield Littleport School. Working closely with the Assistant Head and Headteacher, you will contribute to the formulation and implementation of school policies, help drive teaching and learning excellence and foster a collaborative culture across the school.In this position, you will also be required to teach 3.5 days per week.This role is due to begin in September 2025.Why Join Us?
