We are recruiting Early Career Teacher's to work in our amazing schools in the Eastbourne area.

As an early career teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and inspiring a love for learning. Responsibilities :

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Assess and evaluate student progress using formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative and supportive educational community.
Stay up-to-date with the latest pedagogical approaches and contribute to ongoing professional development opportunities.
Adhere to school policies and procedures, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment for all.

Requirements :

Hold a recognized teaching qualification and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and a commitment to inspiring students' curiosity and love for learning.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Show flexibility and adaptability in meeting the diverse needs of students and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.

Have strong organizational skills, including time management and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Display a willingness to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and contribute to the improvement of teaching practice.
