We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate person to help us manage 500+ retailers in the toy, gift and lifestyle categories. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and nurture good relationships with our current B2B customers and provide administrative support to the operations team - with the aim to maximise sales and provide an outstanding experience to our customers.

Let’s get into the detail
The position will include, but is not limited to the following areas :
Deliver the customer journeyMake regular calls to new and existing retailers to ensure they are kept informed of all relevant brand and business informationMaintaining appropriate logs and records through HubSpot to manage client accounts to identify key sales opportunities and nurture relationshipsSupport Account Managers to gain market research to aid approaching new clientsSupport Account Managers with briefing marketing Comm’s, B2B updates and relevant brand information to help maximise salesSupport Account Managers to collate information to help report on brand analysesMaintaining retailer brand dashboardsAdministrative tasks in support of our client’s new and existing product rangesCollate regular product feedback from retailers e.g. new collections or line extensionsSupport Account Managers with maintaining and developing brand delivery schedulesLiaise with our customer service and warehouse departments where needed, to resolve any account challengesMaintain warm and helpful relationships that reflect our company valuesOther responsibilities suitable for this level of roleReporting to Senior Account ManagerSkills & Knowledge
A demonstrable interest in interior design and / or fashion trendsGood knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel is essentialExceptional communications skillsThe ability to build trusting relationships with a variety of peopleExperience using HubSpot or similar CRM systemConfident and positive outlook, we aren’t looking for perfectionYour place of work will be : Bakers Yard, Gosforth, NE3 1XD, moving to Tyne Tunnel Estate, North Shields in May 2025
