This role supports the Head Chef in running the kitchen and you will be helping to manage the team, delegate and organise tasks and duties. You will also ensure all health and safety rules are followed, and coach the Chef de Partie's on cooking techniques, dish presentation and allergens. You will cook alongside the team, creating a variety of dishes and work across all areas of the kitchen, including banqueting, Afternoon Tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner service.What we look for :
