I am currently working on behalf of a specialist design and manufacturer of heat transfer technology across a range of sectors including utilities, petrochemical producers, military and rail organisations. They are looking for several Mechanical Fitters to join their team in South Tyneside.

All our work should be completed in a safe manner, which complies with the Companies Health & Safety and Environmental policies as well as all current legislation.

Responsibilities :

• To conduct inspection and assessments with reports, sketches and any relevant information to allow for quotations to be completed.
• Assemble and install heat exchange systems based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality of components during installation.
• Conduct maintenance on heat exchange systems to ensure optimal performance.
