Homeownership Manager Thurrock Temp - Perm PAY RATE : £350.00 LTD / £298.38 PAYE (inc. holiday) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Homeownership Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality leasehold management and Right to Buy services for a Local Authority in Thurrock. THE ROLE As Homeownership Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team delivering efficient and legally compliant Homeownership services, ensuring excellent customer care and maximising income collection.Oversee and manage the Leasehold Management and Right to Buy servicesEnsure accurate and timely billing for service charges, ground rent and major worksLead on statutory Section 20 consultations and leaseholder communicationsHandle complex leaseholder enquiries and complaints professionally and promptlyProvide expert legal advice on leasehold matters, compliance and service developmentRepresent the council at tribunals, leaseholder forums and internal / external meetingsManage and motivate the Homeownership team including performance, recruitment, and developmentTHE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing Homeownership or Leasehold Services within a local authority or housing association setting.Strong knowledge of the Housing Act 1985 and leasehold legislationExperience overseeing service charge estimates, billing, and recoveryProven ability to manage statutory Right to Buy processesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsSkilled in team leadership, service development, and legal complianceTHE CONTRACT Temp-perm opportunity RATE : The pay for the role is £350.00 per day LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £298.38 per day, inclusive of holiday.
