Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between finance and consulting, providing financial insights and support to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Partnership : Collaborate closely with Consulting stakeholders & leadership to provide financial analysis, insights and support.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
  • Financial Reporting : Support monthly financial reporting & analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to senior management.
  • Performance Reporting & Financial Analysis : Prepare and present regular financial performance reports, highlighting key metrics and variances to stakeholders. Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Cross-functional guidance : Guide non-financial managers on financial concepts and tools to enhance their understanding and usage of financial information.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis : Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reconciliation and reporting to support business decisions as needed, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on business partnering or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting; advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
