Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between finance and consulting, providing financial insights and support to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Partnership : Collaborate closely with Consulting stakeholders & leadership to provide financial analysis, insights and support.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
- Financial Reporting : Support monthly financial reporting & analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to senior management.
- Performance Reporting & Financial Analysis : Prepare and present regular financial performance reports, highlighting key metrics and variances to stakeholders. Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Cross-functional guidance : Guide non-financial managers on financial concepts and tools to enhance their understanding and usage of financial information.
- Ad Hoc Analysis : Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reconciliation and reporting to support business decisions as needed, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
