Duties of this Support Worker job :
You will work effectively as part of a team of experienced support workersYou will be responsible for providing care to vulnerable children supporting service users with early trauma and emotional behavioural difficultiesYou will take service users out into the communityYou will ensure professional boundaries are in placeYou will be Working to a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends and bank holidaysYou will contribute to the effective implementation of individual programmes by supporting learning, independence and experiences.You will manage the well-being and behaviour's ensuring significant behavioural or physical occurrences are addressed and managed accordinglyYou will assist with the completion of care plans, risk assessments, reviews, incident & accidents reportingYou will support clients with morning and evening routinesYou will Support clients with challenging behaviour and adopting de-escalation techniquesYou will supporting clients with in house and external activitiesYou will promote strong communication with both clients and staff team to ensure handovers are accurate and factualYou will maintain professional relationships with clients, family and external healthcare professionalsYou will adhere to company policies and proceduresRequirements of this Support Worker job :
You will have a minimum of 6 months Paid Children's care experience in the UK in the last 3 yearsYou will have the right to work in the UKYou will possess a good standard of English both spoken and written with the ability to communicate effectively.You will need an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.You will need to provide suitable references to cover the last 3 years of employment.If your interested in this Care Assistant job click APPLY NOW and expect to hear from me
