Graduate Architect Design Engineer

Location : Islington, London, Central London

Salary : 25,000 - 35,000 per year + Training, Development and Mentorship

This is a great opportunity for a talented graduate to support design projects, using your knowledge of design software such as VectorWorks, AutoCAD, and Revit. Your ability to collaborate and assist in the delivery of high-quality designs will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

The company is a design and build construction company working on leading commercial refurbishment projects in the private sector across central London. They focus on quality, cost, and sustainability factors with over 5 live projects and continuously tendering for others ranging from 10m to 100m+. This position is due to sheer growth and demand.

This role offers the opportunity to support the design process, working with specifications from the Design Manager. You'll assist with coordination, develop strategies, and help ensure projects meet regulatory standards. You'll gain hands-on experience by contributing to design concepts, progress reports, and handover reviews, while receiving training and mentorship to develop your skills within a collaborative team.

The Role :

• Assist with design and oversee subcontractors.
