Leveraged Finance Specialist

Our client, an elite US law firm, is seeking a Leveraged Finance Specialist to join their Global Leverage Finance practice group in London on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly talented team of lawyers, supporting them in the efficient management of their matter portfolio.

As a Leveraged Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and validating information required for an efficient revenue management cycle. This includes coordinating with Partners, Associates and Support Staff and Billing Team to ensure complete and accurate collection of client and matter data at opening, maintaining matter data validation checklist, and managing any key deadlines. You will also be responsible for being the key point of contact for Outside Counsel for the team, ensuring that required information from Outside Counsel such as fee quotes and invoices are provided on a timely basis, and managing the quote validation and invoice approval process with Lead Partner / Associates.

This role would be well suited to an experienced Paralegal or Lawyer seeking a move into a junior project management role, but the firm would also be open to considering legal billing specialists looking for a more involved role.
