MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Commercial team with a Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Director based at the Southern Water Region. The purpose of this role is to lead the frameworks next amp cycle. Managing a £100-150 million per year region, you will provide commercial support and leadership to projects / contracts and ensure that commercial discipline is maintained throughout the framework duration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company objectives.
- Contract Management : Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring that contracts are in the best interests of MWHT.
- Risk Management : Identify commercial risks and proactively mitigate them.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Change Management : Identify contact change and proactively mitigate them .
- Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and drive profitability.
- Team Leadership : Mentor, guide, and supervise the commercial team to achieve departmental goals.
