The Role : As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will : Provide academic support to students across Key Stages 3 to 4Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation and deliveryOffer targeted interventions to individuals or small groupsHelp manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environmentSupport students with additional needs to reach their full potential

This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or individuals looking to build a career in education.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have : A degree (minimum 2 : 2) in any subjectA strong interest in working with young peopleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and patient approach to supporting learningPrevious experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
