This includes working closely with teams across sales and production to ensure costings are aligned with operational capabilities and customer expectations.This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys using their industry knowledge to influence commercial outcomes.Key Responsibilities : Prepare detailed cost estimates for new business and ongoing projectsReview job specs and recommend the most efficient production methodsCalculate material, labour, and time costsWork with suppliers to secure competitive pricing for materials and servicesLiaise with sales and production to ensure estimates are feasible and profitableMaintain accurate records using internal estimating tools and systemsSupport the sales team with pricing strategies and customer proposalsWhat You’ll NeedSolid proven estimating experience within the print or packaging industryStrong knowledge of print processes, materials, and production workflowsMust live in driving distance of Deeside / Flint regionFamiliarity with estimating software and Microsoft OfficeCommercially minded with excellent attention to detailStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage tight deadlines and prioritise effectivelyWhat’s on OfferSalary up to £50,000, depending on experience26 days holiday plus bank holidaysA supportive, team-focused working environmentThe opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and growing business Don’t miss out!
