As a key team player, you will :
Support the customer fulfilment function by administering all warehouse and distribution activitiesBe the voice of the brand, liaising with customers to arrange deliveries and supporting with queriesDeal with customer service issues promptly and sympatheticallyManage all supplier deliveries and returnsAccurately process balance paymentsAct on any delivery incident reportsComply with all health and safety and GDPR proceduresDo you have these qualities?
