About the Role :

We are seeking a Business Improvement Manager to lead key strategic initiatives that will transform our claim’s function. This pivotal role will focus on streamlining workflows, enhancing productivity, reducing processing times, and improving the overall customer experience while minimising operational costs.

Role Overview :

• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives across various departments.
• Analyse business operations, identify inefficiencies, and introduce effective solutions.
• Use data insights to identify opportunities for value addition and performance enhancement.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and drive success.
• Provide training and support to teams on new processes and transformation initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, methodologies, and emerging trends.
