Manufacturing Validation EngineerOur client, a leading defence organisation located in Bolton, is seeking a Manufacturing Validation Engineer to join their expanding team. This role focuses on the technical validation of external supply chain activities, ensuring the successful delivery of components required for high-rate production.What We Offer : Salary up to £48,500, company bonuses, flexible working arrangements, paid overtime, hybrid working (2 days per week in office)What You’ll Do as the Manufacturing Validation Engineer :

• Lead project Industrial Validation Plan execution and reporting.
• Handling a portfolio of suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
• Support suppliers to ensure that they develop robust manufacturing systems and control plans, to enable the capability to deliver on-quality, on-time and on-cost in series production.
• Undertake Industrial Validation activities such as : Process FMEAs, Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) assessments, and Production Readiness Reviews in preparation for series production.
• Identify and mitigate potential manufacturing & supply chain risks and put in place associated improvement and mitigation plans
• Collaborating and supporting a multi-functional team.Your Qualifications :
