Clearly the market and economy has seen better days which is presumably why we are being inundated with requests from some of our core clients to send them good litigators.

You may be a general commercial litigation Partner or indeed specialise in :

• Contentious Insolvency
• White Collar Crime / Fraud
• Contentious Employment
• Contentious Construction
• Contentious Trusts
• IP and Patent Litigation
• Property Litigation

So long as you have some clients or referrers of your own to add to the pot, we almost certainly have a role for you in a decent Firm (we don't work so much with the non-decent ones) including for all of the above practice areas.

We fully understand that many people with a half-decent practice may not necessarily be looking to move and rightly so, but this is aimed at the underpaid (or those who believe they are), those at highly political Firms where large egos or back-stabbing are the order du jour, those at Firms who want to merge with someone you don't want them to (or perhaps they already have done) or simply those who just want a change.
