Auto Electrician

Zeus Midlands Ltd is a vehicle repair centre based in Coventry. We are looking for an Auto Electrician who has experience of working in a vehicle electronics role with excellent diagnostic skills?

Responsibilities and duties :

Determine malfunction of electrical systems on a wide variety of equipment by visual inspection of vehicle / equipment

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment

Test and replace faulty alternators, generators, starter motors, batteries, voltage regulators, etc and repair / replace faulty ignition systems, electrical wiring, fuses, lamps, and switches

Work as part of a team, maintaining a good working relationship between colleagues and customers

Keep the working area clean and tidy

Qualifications and skills :

Proven work experience as an auto electrician

Fundamental understanding of vehicle disassembly, assembly, & maintenance techniques

Vehicle system knowledge with the ability of electrical fault finding, electrical repairs and diagnostic equipment

Must be hardworking, be committed and conscientious and have the ability to adapt quickly to a team environment whilst being able to work independently.

Full UK driving license

Ability and willingness to learn and adapt

Team player

Schedule : Mon-Fri - 8.00-17.30

Sat - 8.00-13.00
