The team you will be joining will be focused on Energy and Property reinsurance business on a global scale. The business is currently going through a transformation process, presenting a very interesting opportunity and a great time to join thepany.Your new roleWorking in a small team, you will be reporting directly into the Chief Underwriting Officer and learning from them on a 1-2-1 basis. Responsibilities will be centred around day-to-day underwriting activities, whilst also having a hand in calibrating pricing tools and involved with marketing thepany.They have a plan in place to progress the correct candidate to gain an underwriting authority within 2-3 years.What you'll need to succeed

• Strong interest to work in the Insurance industry (Ideally prior experience up to 1 year)
• Academic interest in Energy / Property
• Willingness to learn about the industry
• Patience to learn about the market / practices before gaining an authority to underwrite
