• Location : Byfleet
• Hours : Monday to Friday, 08 : 00 – 18 : 00 or 07 : 30 – 17 : 30
• Salary : Up to £50,000 OTE
• Saturdays : 09 : 00 – 13 : 00 on a 1 in 6 rotaKey Responsibilities :
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Handle customer queries and bookings with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate technical information effectively between customers and the workshop team.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.Key Requirements :
• Proven experience in a service advisor role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
