Job description

As a Leisure Assistant / Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our visitors. Key responsibilities include :

  • Welcoming and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Maintaining training and qualifications to provide first-class safety standards.
  • Preparing and maintaining activity areas and equipment for diverse programs.
  • Ensuring the swimming environment is safe, clean, and enjoyable for all.
  • Supporting the Centre's sales and customer retention efforts.
  • Collaborating with your team to continuously enhance services.

A RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification, or a commitment to obtaining one prior to starting.
