Job description

Service Desk Analyst / IT Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer who has excellent remote troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose software and hardware faults, whilst supporting customers and Field Engineers remotely is required for a busy Help Desk with well-established and leading digital print solution and telecoms provider based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.

SALARY : £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) +Benefits

LOCATION : Hertford, Hertfordshire - 100% Office Based

JOB TYPE : Full-Time, Permanent

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst / IT Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer (known within the business as a Remote Customer Support Engineer) who has excellent remote troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose software and hardware faults.

Working as the Service Desk Analyst / IT Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer you will join the company’s Help Desk Team, assisting customers and Engineers remotely.

As the Service Desk Analyst / IT Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for resolving issues in a timely fashion whilst providing a high level of service to clients.
